Setup cones (2+) to block off area, parking sign, extension cord for DJ

Cornhole setup (2+)

Drink coolers/ice setup (2+)

Setup tents (8+) for two AFCU, DJ, face painter and dining tables; carry out giveaway/info boxes when tents up

Arrange (3+) dining tables/chairs, table cloths, marketing signs and bug repellent fans

Those in AFCU booths during the event (5+) arrange table with gifts and materials.

In lobby, extended hours (2)

Vendor help, bilingual speaker in tent area (1+)

AFCU Tent (3+) member questions, loans/refinances, welcome new member signups

AFCU Tent (2+) hand out gifts, replenish table

Monitor (2+) kids/games/fire/police areas

Keep tables clean, trash pickup, watch drink coolers (2+)

Crowd engagers (5+) handing out materials, asking for reviews, getting drawing signups, telling about specials, piggy banks to kids, seeing if anyone needs help
