If you are a U.S. government employee directly impacted by the current government shutdown, please download this form or contact us at (303) 755-2572 for ways we may be able to help financially.

Return the form to us in one of four ways:

• Email to loans@auroracu.com
• Fax to 303-755-9998
• Mail to Main Office at 610 S Abilene St, Aurora, CO 80012
• Drop off at our Main Office or COA Branch with a copy of your most recent pay stub

*By signing you authorize AFCU to extend your final loan payment by one month. Interest will continue to accrue during the skipped time. A payment made via Payroll Deduction or Share Transfer will be deposited into the account it is normally deducted. Two months of payments may be skipped per loan.
